We have tried repeatedly to contact Burl Jordan Landscaping. They do not return calls once the product is installed. When they do call back, the appointment they insist upon is left unattended. This is done on multiple occasions with complete disregard for the customer. When the necesity of raising your voice becomes apparent Burl personally calls you significant other, avoiding you, with the intention of voicing his oppinion. God forbid, you communicate with your wife and she rresponds to Burl with the same professionalism you showed him and dirrects him to fix the unacceptable level of work he originally performed. That conversation ended with Burl promissing to correct the problems his company cause with inferior products, craftsmanship and utter incompetence. No Burl, No Call, Problems Increasing in severity and big expenses to correct the problems Burl Jordan Landscaping caused.
Pros: Looks Pretty-But that's where it ends
Cons: Virtually everything his company installed
