Businiess name:  Bright Horizons Children's Center at The Forum

Review content:
We've had our 2 and 1/2 yr old daughter in three daycares and during that time, I've learned the following: -None are perfect. -It's all about the staff. -Staff turnover is a fact of life. -The high cost and high NC license ratings do not necessarily equal a quality facility. -It's what you make of it. Bright Horizons at the Forum is very well run, has good teachers overall (we've had one poor one), and has friendly and helpful staff and administration. The only real downer is the expense. It is very high compared to most daycares and if you want additional activities (dance, gym, etc.), it will cost you additional fees. My advice to anyone in the N. Raleigh area would be to check this place out. The right daycare is one of the most important decisions you will make for your child. Pros: accomodating admins, great staff overall, lots of activities Cons: cost
