Review content:
My husband and I tried this restaurant on a Wednesday evening. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We were seated and told the server would be with us momentarily to take our drink orders. He came, mumbled about drinks, we told him our drink orders and he left. We went to the buffet for round one. We were half way through our plates before we ever had drinks- this was after seeing our server bus a table in our area (only 3 of the 8 tables were occupied!) first. I could've forgiven the lackadaisical service if the food had impressed. Not so much. The sushi was decent, but there was a whiny note directing diners to take only 10 pieces of sushi. Seriously? It's a buffet?! My husband tried the hibachi and said it was alright. We were really hoping to find a good hibachi/buffet place out in Bellevue, but we'll drive back to Chef Yang's.
