Our company is a specialty lumber business located in Oregon. We looked at many sites online in order to get an idea of what kind of a website would work for us. There was one that we all really liked and thought something similar might work for us, it was created and hosted by Crown Point Design in San Diego, so we contacted them. We came to SD, met Scott at their offices and agreed on a very reasonable price with the clear understanding they could get a great site that was focused to our industry, creative, and easy to navigate, up and running in 30 to 45 days or sooner. We had several subsequent online conversations with several ideas bantered about via email until they came up with a framework and a theme that was exactly what we wanted. We spent a little time dialing in specifics, getting the exact graphics right, and editing text to say exactly what we wanted without having a lot of small print for the customer to read . When they completed the site the next step of getting it up, running, and working correctly was next, and it went very smooth, they had everything thought of in advance and prepared. Crown Point Design has such an easy and logical process to determine and dial in exactly what we wanted to say on our website that we are already preparing to have them do another.
