I took my wife's car here since it's local (i can see it from my home) and they advertise that they pay the deductible. First, they only paid a portion of the deductible... fair enough. The work was done in about a week. Over the weekend while driving, the emblem that was replaced on the vehicle flew off the grill of the car. I called them and let them know, and they promptly replaced it. So far so good, relatively. Today, the emblem flew off the car again, and this time it chipped the windshield. I was furious, but I called them and remained respectful. I spoke with Rachad, and told him what happened. His offer was to order another emblem again, but he could do nothing for the damaged windshield, and he advised me to go to a company that repairs windshield chips. I told him that I expect the windshield work to be done and for his business to pay for it. As I'm telling Rachad this, he cuts me off and interrupts. I tell him that I didn't interrupt him, and I expect the same courtesy, and thats when he got beligerent, and yelled ""YOU LISTEN TO ME AND I WILL TELL YOU HOW THIS IS GOING TO GO!!!"" Needless to say, I was beyond angry at this blatant lack of professionalism. I will NEVER take ANY of my business to his shop, and I am advising other consumers to do the same.
