I had a terrible experience at Macy's Premier Salon at Rivergate Mall. Worst experience ever! I got a relaxer touch up the night before leaving for vacation. The stylist applied relaxer over my entire head instead of just on the new growth as should be done on a relaxer. When I combed my hair, it was shedding like crazy. In addition, my roots were not even straight. I called repeatedly and no one answered the phone. When I finally got an answer the manager never returned my call. I went to the salon when I returned from vacation. The manager looked at my hair and agreed there was breakage and the roots were not straight. He stated that the problem would be corrected by giving me two treatments to restore my hair to a healthy condition and a relaxer to straightren my roots on the third visit. When I arrived for my first appointment, the stylist denied there was anything wrong with my hair. SHE NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT MY HAIR. She and the manager made every excuse in the book. The excuses were an insult to the intelligence of any reasonable person. They refused to abide with the promise made to give me two treatments and a relaxer. The stylist eventually agreed to give me one treatment. However she was speaking to me in such a hostile manner, I was afraid to let her touch my hair again and declined. I spent $75 to get unsatisfactory results, hair loss ,lied to, and treated rudely. Absolutely terrible customer service. I would not recommend this Salon to anyone.
