FAST LANE Damaged my car and will not let me have my insurance estimate for repairs. They think it is a ""hassle"" and will not claim on theirs bc of deductable. This was the Quali location. Owner was rude and arrogant, did not care at all. Insisted his shop fix the body work (they are not a body shop and they damaged my BMW) Also go trun around about it not being their responsibsility.
