Review content:
I am a sushi lover and have eaten sushi all over the world (but not yet in Japan.) I think it's possible to find decent sushi almost anywhere. (Some of the best sushi I ever had was in Madison, Wisconsin.) But the Tokyo was absolutely the worst. The fish seemed fresh but the rice was absolutely terrible. How can you mess up the rice? This rice was bland and had the most awful consistency. It tasted/felt pre-chewed. Yuck! Will someone please teach these folks to make sushi rice? Even I can make sushi rice better than this. It's not that hard. (Oh, and don't be tempted to try the Santa Fe roll. It's not very good.) Pros: proximity to Eldorado hotel Cons: very terrible sushi
