I drove all the way to this center from the valley in mid December to buy a gift certificate for classes for a friend in Rancho Palos Verdes. I showed up at the center during scheduled class times and nobody was there. I finally connected via phone to buy a certificate over the phone.
By the time the gift certificate arrived via email (two days later), the management had tacked on an expiration date of late Jan 2011 to take the classes.
Each time my friend showed up to take the classes the center was closed. Their phone is now disconnected and they don't return emails for a refund. Clearly, they knew they couldn't honor the service but chose to take my money anyway.
