I live in Dallas and frequently attend locations up there, but this is a Houston-based company, and it is the best! I consider Saltgrass HOUSTON'S best steak. This is one of the few Houston-area locations I've eaten at, but it was just as good as any other location. I highly recommend the 23-ounce Ribeye steak. It isn't on the menu, but they do offer it --- just ask your server. Great steaks, prime rib, and the freshest, best-tasting salad I've ever had. Go to any Houston location and you'll always get great service and fantastic Texas food. They really do know what they're doing. \r
