When my husband and I first met with Mr. Withem we really liked him. Unfortunately, as time has gone by we are a bit frustrated with the fact that he does not provide any status updates in regards to our case. In our initial consultation he asked if we minded be communicated with through email. I told him this would be fine, however, I have sent him at least 5 emails in the past 2 months and he has never responded to any of them except for the one that said we are through with the case and the plaintiff can have whatever she wants. He is very hard to get in touch with over the phone as well and when his secretary answers you just feel like you are bothering them. I haven't heard from Mr. Withem in almost 3 weeks now and the last we told him was we want to settle this quickly. We are not fighting the plaintiff over anything on our end she can have what she wants. We just want this settled. Our attorney has not gotten back to us at all to let us know what to expect
