Review content:
Beware and do your homework before letting this outfit set foot on your property. Quotes you reasonable prices and then once the work (shoddy at that ) is done your reasonalbe price is doubled. This company does not have its own installation personnel, but hires out subcontractors that leave a mess. And if you disagree, Jack Kelcher will place and lien on your property which is simple to do in Texas, but a nightmare to remove. I would look elsewhere if I were you. NOTE: I have also read reviews that Mr. Kelcher has put in about his own company but done it anonymously. Scam artist from the get go. Fred E. Carrollton, TX
