I was very disturb by the previous comment. I have had 4 root canals done. I am so happy to say that I have experience all 3 doctors in their practice. Dr Jay Sheats II was the total opposite then what was written. When you walk through the doors you are greeted with smiling faces .
Their business staff were very professional and made me feel great and safe before I ever saw the doctor. When, I met Dr. Jay in particular- he great me with a warm smile and ask me what was going on with my tooth and really listen to. His assistants were very nice and clean and paid close attention to me. I can honestly say that I am a big baby and hate the dentist, but this was one of my best experience ever each time.
All the doctors where very gentle and compassionate extended great care to me . Did I mention 0 pain! LETS FUN. The doctor & clinical staff were laughing with me to ease my nerves. ALL IN ALL it was a great experience. I would highly recommend Sheat s Endodontic.
