Review content:
We bought an ice fountain from Rich for our wedding in Oct. The fountain poured from the ice sculpture to an ice sculpture bowl. We had seen some examples of his work that showed a lot of detail and effort. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the sculpture we got. The detail of the sculpture was so lacking that most people couldn’t tell what it was. The fountain into the ice bowl was nice for the first 20 minutes or so, but as soon as a few drinks were remove it just pumped air and froth so we had to turn it off. I e-mailed Rich describing the problems we had and got no response. The sculpture was expensive, so we were quite disappointed. Although some examples of his work for competitions are impressive Rich doesn’t seem to put the same effort into his customers work. I would have to recommend not using him if you are looking for an ice sculpture.
