I agree 100% with the last review written. The management is shockingly terrible. I have lived in many apt complexes but I have never seen such poor management. They are horrendously rude which leads me to tell people to stay away! Good luck trying to get to anything fixed and the appliances are older than I am. All of my blinds are in poor condition. Half don't open properly and all are yellow...I guess previous renters were smokers. The entire place was filthy when I moved in. There is one garbage dumpster which is constantly overflowing and is just plain disgusting. Besides that, rent is expensive and the bills are really super high. Very hard to keep apt warm--large heating bill. Plus you have to have custom cable for basic cable and another cable company for anything above that..its the most I've ever paid for cable or heat or rent. The upside is the location--it's close to everything. There is a tanning bed, exercise room and pool which is nice. And they do allow pets. I would probably put up with the costs if the management wasn't so bad. I can't wait until my lease is up.
