I started car shopping online and on the phone. most dealers (8 total) never responded or called me back. I got 2 responses from Valley Honda in Monroeville within an hour. WOW! the treatment I received when I got there was professional and friendly. I met four people in total and they were all nice. The price was great ($278 better than anyone) and I got $500 more for my trade. I will be back and I've told all of my friends. The other dealers should take lessons from Valley Honda.
