Under The Roof has a wonderful selection of modern and spare furnishings for dining, living and bedrooms. It's really amazing how much can be packed into this small showroom - the number of variations is truly astonishing.
It can be hard to spend money there, though, as hard as one might try. Twice we've placed substantial (for us) orders only to end up having to cancel them after months and months of delay and non-communication. Finally we realized that our orders didn't fulfill the store's minimums with the manufacturers and so were held pending another order or orders. We were never given the courtesy of this information, though, and after some time also never received the furniture we selected.
To their credit, Under The Roof refunded our deposits in full with no argument necessary.
We do still stop by the showroom for ideas, but would be hard pressed to try to actually purchase something again.
