Moved over 30 times in my life and this move two years ago was the scariest, most unprofessional of all. They were six hours late and when trying to contact their office the female representative was rude, obnoxious, stupid and uninformed. Called back afte promise was made that the truck would show up shortly and this female retorted ""would you like to cancel?"" Agreement made was for 7am. They finally showed up a little after 1pm-no discount, no apology and they moved my wood furniture in 95 degree heat with no covers which led to sweat stains on furniture. They were teenage boys, hired I suppose for the summer. Never, never had I had a moving experience such as this and would strongly advise that you use whatever other carrier you can get.
