Review content:
our settlement was cancelled like 4 times, 3 was due to them, had 3 different baby sitters 3 different times, only given 1-2 hours notice, took off work early or off for the whole day 4 times, ridiculous! We were given a copy of the contract prior to the settlement so we could have a paid lawyer review the documents. We showed up at settlement and there were completely different documents, everything was changed, there were extra items that were not in the contract and an addendum that was made was completely changed, we paid a lawyer for nothing really, and when the attorney at Susquehanna Abstract called the seller who was not even present, the attorney referred to him as ""dude"". This could be the most important day in your life settling on something, don't leave it in the hands of these people!!!
