I went in summer of 09 trying to clean up my sportscar for the season so I opted for their do it all $130 service. This was SUPPOSED to include vaccumming everything (even the trunk), waxing etc. I got there and the car had ONLY been vacuumed and just washed -- forget the wax. The interior had merely been wiped down, no Armor-All or anything like that. In short, the car was not much better than what I left it. THAT""S WHEN THE ABUSE STARTED. The clerk held my key in back of his body and started yelling at me -- I finally threw him a check for $80 (his concept of a ""compromise"") so I could get out of there with my life. Don't bother calling his boss there are words for that sort of man. BLUE WAVE CAR WASH IS THE WORST PLACE YOU CAN TAKE YOUR VEHICLE. HAMSTERS COULD DO A BETTER JOB.
