I was told this was a good jeweler - not so. Old, crusty family-owned place that is disconnected from reality by generations of spoiled kids. I brought a premium watch in to have the battery changed, could have gone a to a cheaper place but came here because of the supposed quality.
As they opened the case on the watch, they evidently slipped and scratched case back quite badly. They knew what they did, changed the battery, put the caseback back on a ceremoniously charged me. As I walked out i realized what they had done and why the guy looked at me funny as I looked at the watch face.
This place is expensive, smells like old dead people and has horrible service. Stay away!
