I came in to Monterey early on a Sat morning in June. I walked into a office with 3 girls that helped me figure out which place that was best and most convenient for me and for where I was going to be working. They answered all my question about the city, recreation, things to do, work, traffic, and so much more. They have the capabilities in their office to have your references checked and credit checked within 24 hours. They didn’t leave me hanging at all I knew by mid day I was approved and had a lease signing date set for the following Thursday. The Lease signing went smooth and I moved in Thursday night and the apartment was everything that was described. All the things they told me were true down to my commute time from the apartment to my office during times of day. They are all local and it’s a family owned company which is nice because you are treated like a person instead of a rent check. I very rarely write on these things but I had read some of the things others said and feel that satisfied people never write on these things and that is unfair so, I wanted to take the time as a thank you to them for making my move into a new job and place so smooth and helpful. Specifically Rochelle for being so helpful and friendly, Candice for answering ALL of my questions about EVERYTHING and Erika for rapidly approving me. Thanks girls I love my place and all your help.
