Review content:
First of all, to the person below knocking Resch's, did you get your cake? I bet you ate it too didnt you?
Since when are you the judge and jury on a neighborhood and what it does or does not have? My family lives in that area, and though it is not a fancy well-to-do area, it is no where near the Ghetto! The bakery is in its original location, and I think that's commendable. Rather than picking up moving to an area where the residents have more money and higher traffic volume, they have stayed. You know what? That just shows the value of their service and products, because EVERY time I have ever gone to Resch's (And I have been going for 27 years) there is a line out the door. I live 20 minutes away from the bakery and I will drive there to get cakes, donuts, etc. I dont want them from anywhere else.
Finally, since you think that this area is a ghetto, obviously run down by trashy people, why didnt you use your brain in this circumstance? Why are you blaming others? You could have easily asked the bakery while you were ordering the cake, ""what forms of payment do you accept?"" In addition, while you were busy bitching about where you needed to go to use an atm, there was a Chase bank not even 3 miles down the road, and you could have called your bank to check on that. Better yet, since you wanted to complain about the 3 dollar service charge and driving 30 minutes to find an atm, you could have walked over to White's Pharmacy and used theirs.
As you can tell, people love this bakery and will defend it from stuck up people like you.
