Review content:
We had reservations for 6 pm for 10 people. It took 2 hours to get our food. Four of us got soup the rest waited another 15 minutes. Then a few more soups and another 15 minutes, etc. The salads came the same way. One of us never got the salad. When asked about the delay, we were told that they ran out of dishes and silverware. When the food was served, the order was wrong. The waitress said ""I messed this up"". Eight of us got our meals at the same time but two of us waited another 15 minutes. One meal was not edible. The bill was wrong. We were charged for two meals twice. We questioned our waitress about the bill. As we were trying to explain our question the waitress accused us of being rude. She didn't even listen to what we had to say. The bill finally got changed but not to our full satisfaction. So much for service - it doesn't exist at Jacy Family Cafe.
