Terrible service, does not return calls, does not come out at agreed times. I have tried to get a call back for two weeks about a dead plant that is under warrenty to no avail. \r
Talen""s did not perform work as agreed. During installation of pavers on my paito I asked them to enlarge the patio, Talen's did and gave me a break on the price for the addition, but forgot to place a border around the paito. When I asked about the border I was given an excuse that I was out of town and they wanted to ask me about it. I did not get a call on my cell phone!! The owner made a decision on my behalf w/o my input. WRONG DECISION. When I asked to have my border installed I was told I would have to pay extra for it. Caught between a rock and a hard place I agreed to pay between $200 and $300 extra for the border and gave them my final payment. HAVENT SEEN OR HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE-GOOD LUCK
