I was referred to this clinic after sustaining serious injuries from a automobile accident. I would like to express my disappointment in the ways that I was treated by Mandy, the assistant to Dr. Martin. Basically the short version of my experience is simple. Dr. Martin did nothing for the pain. When I returned home, my husband was quite concerned that they did nothing to address the pain I am still experiencing. I actually explained to them that I take prescription Ambien to sleep. The pain is so severe that I am waking up after taking a medicine that is designed for insomnia. Which should say a lot. Unfortunately, I had to specifically demand a NON NARCOTIC pain medicine in order to have some relief from the pain I am experiencing. Mandy continued to argue with me that they would not call in anything.. I ended up speaking with another doctor there who agreed that my request was not too much to ask for. This woman not only attempted to belittle my intelligence, but she offended me in several inappropriate remarks that she made. I will NEVER refer this clinic to anyone and will let everyone I know of my experiences For my own protection, I made sure to record the conversations with Mandy and myself. She accused me of ""threatening"" her and the recorded conversations prove otherwise. I would love for Dr. Martin to call me to listen to the ways Mandy treated me. I was however informed by one of their competitors that they do this to a lot of patients because they are all under strict ruling about ""passing out pain pills"". They also said they probably treated me like this because I told them I was on Ambien, which I was told IS a Narcotic.BTW.... I ended up being seen by another doctor who did make sure to address my main concern. I was able to get the pain addressed and under better control. After spending 4 1/2 hours listening to Mandy argue with me I decided it was in my best interest to go to a different provider all together and not deal with them ever again!
