Review content:
I must say that I have to disagree with this previous review. I was a patient at this office early this year. I was treated for my shoulder pain that I had had for several months. I was referred to this practice by my primary care doctor. I saw Dr. Martin. Their office is very well organized. They took the time to find out the details of my symptoms. From the initial nurse who took me into the room all the way to the second nurse who completed the visit with the Doctor. Dr. Martin explained to me all of my options for my shoulder treatment. He was not quick to suggest surgery but stated if I did not improve it may become a possibility. We started with nonsurgical options first. It took time but my symptoms did improve if I followed all the directions given by the staff. I called there numerous times. I always had a return call from Dr. Martin's assistant, Amanda. She was very pleasant. She was very informative of my treatment options without having to ask. She never made me feel like I was bothering them or calling with too many questions. I have to say overall the staff from check in to the nurses is the best I have ever seen. I have not had to return there because I am much better. Thank you Dr. Martin and his assistant , Amanda for making me better. Your care there is genuine.
