Review content:
I have gone to them probably 7 times throughout college, and they are always very friendly and nice and really try to help you. Only on a very busy day will there be a line and you will have to wait. Normally you can just go right up to the counter and they are ready for you. The people at the desk actually know about computers and you can tell that this is what they want their profession to be, (which is not how it used to be when I'd go to the big-box stores in Metairie and ask for help.)
Yesterday when I went in the store, an employee actually opened the door for me to enter their store. That is just how nice they are.
