During our consultations, some of the vendors we met with said that Nora takes commission from them in exchange for sending business. This makes me worry that the vendors are probably raising their prices to cover this overhead. From what I understand, this is a frowned upon practice among wedding planners. It also seems like a conflict of interest as only the paying vendors, and not the ones that do a good job will be recommended and you will have a small selection of people to work with. \r

I would definitely check on that before you sign with Nora. If she stopped that practice, she might be worth considering.\r
