I don't know what company these people called but I doubt we called the same company. I called honest plumbing and rooter thinking that since they are a small family owned company that I would receive the best deal and service, I was sadly mistaken. I called Honest Plumbing and Rooter regarding my backed up kitchen sink, thinking that it would be a simple procedure, when the plumber (BEN) arrived he had told me that I needed to replace all the pipes underneath my home, stating that the reason was because the kitchen sink pipes were not draining due to the bad installation. After all was said and done he still tried to up-sell me by trying to sell me new gutters (what do plumbers know about gutters). In any case after it was all said and down something that should have only cost me a small amount of money ended up costing several thousand dollars. I will never do business with HONEST PLUMBING AND ROOTER again.
Cons: The servicemen at HONEST PLUMBING and rooter are con men they make you feel like they are looking put for your best interest but they are really trying to up sell you......
