Review content:
Went there for a business dinner with a large group and really enjoyed the food. The service was very iffy with it taking almost 30 minutes for them to take our food order; in fact we had to ask for the menus after sitting there for 10 minutes. This is a very unique restaurant that would fit much better in downtown Houston than on the border of Clear Lake and Pasadena. \r

As far as the food, since this was a business dinner so all I had was an entree and went with their Prime New York Strip which was good but came out Mid Rare rather than the ordered Blue. Also tasted the Hot Smoked Salmon and it was very good. I hope it will survive but given its size and location I have to wonder especially considering on a Thursday night there were only three or four tables and the place felt empty. I will definitely be going back to try some more of their items, especially the $12 Frito Pie.
Pros: Nice Selection, especially given the area
Cons: Iffy Service
