Review content:
On 12/09/09 I hired Spartan Services for a plumbing issue. They stated the sewer mainline would need to be replaced completely. They charged $4500.00 and recieved a check in the amount of $1469.00 to begin the work as requested. They began to work on the sewer line the following day. They did not contact the utility companies nor the city of Katy before beginging to dig and cut into the buried power line. Several major appliances in the house were damaged including a medical bed used by a quadriplegic family memeber. The bed its self was purchased for $5000.00. Spartan Services is refusing to pay for the damages and refusing to claim it on their insurance. Please do not use this company.
