My car broke down after midnight this past Friday night in an unfamiliar neighborhood. After trying several other towing companies and getting voice mail. I finally reached Kim, the dispatcher at GPW. She was friendly and courteous. She dispatched a truck to me right away. Odell, the driver, got to me in about 20 minutes. He was very professional and a real likeable guy. He loaded my car quickly. I could tell that he know what he was doing. He dropped my car off at the dealer and was kind enough to drop me off at my house since I only live about 1 mile away from the dealership. GPW Towing made a miserable night a lot better. I will use them for all of my towing needs and highly recommend them to anyone needing service.
Pros: Very Friendly, Fast Service, Proffesional
Cons: None. This is a great company. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.
