DO NOT USE AARON MOVERS, EVER!\r

(We used Aaron Movers to pick up our belongings, store them, and then deliever to our new home) \r

Below is a snapshot of what took place.\r
\r
This company is owned and ran by a family of the most unprofessional people I have EVER encountered! They like most companies do a good job of selling you on their company, and why you should use them upfront. They were prompt in answering my calls / questions PRIOR to becoming their customer. Once i signed the contract EVERYTHING changed... From the movers not showing up on time, invoices not being delivered and then to be threatened with late charges for storage, to then being FORCED to pay for delivery of our items prior to inspection. Aaron movers stated that all our belongings would be placed in our very own storage area, but when movers delivered our items there were MANY ITEMS missing. HMMMMM, I wonder what happened to those items, I will give you 1 guess, and I will bet you will be RIGHT! Lets not forget about all the items that were damaged, I wish I would have taken pictures of how they reloaded my belongings (Nothing was packed, everything was thrown into the trailer) In trying to get these issues resolved, I have to keep calling into Aaron Movers. I PRAY YOU NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH ""Jody"", she is the poster child for how to provide horrible service, and she runs Aarons customer service department LOL. This company is so bad, that all or their moving crews complain as they load and unload our belongings. If this system would allow me to give NEGATIVE STAR RATINGS I would, but I cant so they will get the lowest rating allowable. When I selected this company I did research looking for reviews only to come up empty. I hope my review will help some other family out there, so they dont have to go through the same issues as we have! \r

AGAIN, DONT EVER USE AARON MOVERS. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
