I've had many massages and taken a few yoga classes. NO ONE compares to Sandy. She is dedicated to her students. She adapts poses for each person's needs and explains everything very clearly. One class with her and I was sold on yoga. I am 65 and over weight, so I am no slim athlete. But Sandy helps me do my best and be proud of myself so I will continue to heal myself. With her encouragement, I've lost 34 pounds and am stronger and more flexible than ever. She is inspiring and always offers suggestions to help with whatever I need. She makes sure we know the best poses for each of us so we can continue at home before our next class. She really knows what she is doing. Sandy cares about each of us as a whole person. Her massages are so healing! Whatever hurts going in, she finds it and fixes it. And she remembers where I need more or less pressure and always asks if those same spots need more work. She is both caring and compassionate and when I leave her studio I feel 100% better than when I arrived. If I ever win the lottery I'm hiring her to be my personal massage therapist and yoga instructor. She is incredible and I could not recommend her more highly.
