I joined the gym 2 1/2 years ago. I go to the one on Robinhood Road. Recently, the gym hasn't been maintained. Many cars has been stolen. Other items have been stolen within the gym. The equipment breaks on a regular basis and it takes months to get it fixed. The clock in the ladies locker room hasn't been replaced (it broke several months ago). The handicapped shower has been broken for over a year. Supplies aren't maintained in the locker rooms: paper towels, soap, and toilet paper. The floor in the Group Exercise room was finally fixed after 2 1/2 years. The parking lot is full of trash. All complaints to management falls on deaf ears. The management is not concerned about their clients. All they care about is taking home a paycheck. The management is absolutely horrible. I will NOT be renewing my membership. The lack of maintenance and customer service are the absolute worse I have seen. Don't join this gym.
