Unfortunatly I can't recommend this company, not because of their work but because of their customer service. The actual work itself was fine except for the fact that they were supposed to haul away the debris (which is still sitting under my deck). I paid a down payment with the remainder due after the work was completed via an invoice. I was not sent an invoice, just received a nasty phone call that I didn't pay my bill. When I asked when they sent the invoice, I was told that I was never told I would receive a bill - which was untrue. I'm more than happy to pay what I owe, however I don't feel that it's my responsibility to randomly send in a check without a bill. To add insult to injury, I was charged a late fee because this company neglected to send an invoice. And unfortunately, the person I spoke with on the phone was so rude, I would never do business with this company again. I paid my bill and am happy to be done with it. I won't hesitate to share my opinion with anyone looking for a gutter company. And I guess I'll be hauling away the debris they left under my porch this spring.
