After 30 plus years of chronic back pain and daily headaches I thought it was something I just had to learn to live with. In less then one month I received relief I had only dreamt about. I have now been a client for over a year and will continue as a maintenance program for myself (I'm worth it). The quality of my life has dramatically improved. The education offered by the friendly staff and available literature at Lakewoods just makes it easy to understand your body and its powers and needs. Everyone owes it to themselves to check it out. I haven't been this healthy in years!\r
