Review content:
My tip is to shop elsewhere. I had the distinct displeasure of meeting the original Brian when I tried to return a book. The store had made an error by putting an obsolete version of a needed text on the shelf. Unwittingly, I bought it. After the first day of class I took it back and tried to exchange it for the correct version and was told there would be a $2 fee. Then, Brian got involved and told me the book would cost nearly double what I had paid. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but I have never seen a business owner act with less tact or decorum. He was unwilling to extend any courtesy to me and while turning his back and walking away he actually shouted that he didn't care if I never shopped there again. Dozens of websites sell new and used textbooks; I will find all of mine online from now on.
