Thank you to all the other clients who have come along side me to prove Tim Westveld's wife was mistaken. I never did meet with Tim or his wife. They met with my employee who is no longer with the company. I never knew of a complaint or issue. I am human and make mistakes, but I am all about service and making sure things are made right. I was not given that chance, but just found this review on citysearch. I am writing this because citysearch will not remove reviews that attack people, even though it goes against their terms.\r
