This is obviously a disgruntled employee, as he states in other reviews around the web. To start with, the chicken nugget behind the counter happens to be the owner, who has more experience than probably 90% of the electronic stores out there, as she is complimented on her knowledge and professionalism on almost a daily basis by customers. This former employee also installed all the equipment himself in a very sloppy and unprofessional manner, not by us. We at Audio sensations stand behind all product we sell, however when a former inexperienced employee or customer decides to install the equipment himself improperly, that is not our fault. We are aware of this person and we cannot resolve a problem when we did not do the installation in the first place. We sell all high quality equipment and our salespersons and installers are very experienced within our field of work. Let me also inform that all the equipment he bought from us totaled about $3800, all high end equipment not just stuff laying around in stock. This is ridiculous that anyone can go and write an unjustified review, the whole issue is he is unqualified to install a system of that magnitude and had continued issues due to poor or inproper installation. Audio Sensations never did any work in his vehicle !!!
