I have come to this store on several occasions with last minute color print jobs and they have always come through for me without gouging with with ""rush"" rates. I promised to bring them all my printing business if they could get these highly detailed training manuals printed, bound and shipped to my next corporate training. They opened up a house account for billing so I never have to stick around to pay for anything - I just drop and go and they charge my credit card at the end of the month. The ownership and manager seem to understand the needs of its Marina clientele, much more so than other owners in years past. I have been doing business with Kinko's across Lombard for many years because I didn't know there were other options. But since finding The UPS Store on Chestnut, I now have a locally-owned and operated printing provider whose rates and service are so much better than Kinko's. I cannot recommend this place more strongly.
