Review content:
I will never just pick a doctor from the phone book again. It was the worst experience I have ever had in a doctor's office. I left the office feeling totally confused and upset. Dr. Wasserman and his staff are so rude and unprofessional! I just couldn't believe the way I was treated. Apparantly, they do not allow you to re-schedual appointments, because they are afraid that you won't come back. So, I went out of my way to make the appointment. But, when I mentioned this to the girl who took my back, she went and told the girl who I spoke to, then she came back and gave me the third degree. I agreed with her, thought it was over and waited for the doctor. When he arrived, she came back with him and then they both grilled me over.\r
I felt as if I was back in school, in the principles office. It was horrible. They wouldn't stop and I finally had to leave. Then, she walked me out the door, as if she wanted to argue. I just left. I was never so relieved to leave a doctor's office. I'm telling you, something is not right with these people!
