Dr.Koltzova-Rang has not been very compassionate to me. Unfortunately she has been impatient, cold, and patronizing. The last time I saw her will be the last. I went to her for help, and I left feeling really sad. If she did answer one of my questions it was minimal and she made me feel like my questions were insignificant. She ended our appointment by mumbling as she walked out the door ""I'll call you with your test results"" no goodbye, take care, do you have any more questions or anything like that, I wasn't even sure if she was coming back. I felt very uncomfortable there. She also complained about me to another colleague while we were all in the elevator, because I made her late for her lunch break. That was just mean. I'm just trying to help other people avoid this kind of experience. I hope I can find a doctor I can trust and who cares about my well-being.
