Review content:
They took down what I wrote on their facebook wall so I'll have to rewrite it here along with a few other places. I was born and raised in Broomall. I have had more work and social functions at this establishment than I can count SO imagine my disgust today. No, it wasn't the gum on the chair that did it for me. No it wasn't the 45 minuet wait that did it. I contribute two things to it. One would be upon reaching the ""clean plate"" station for brunch (add ten more minuets on to dig through stacks and stacks of plates covered in chunks of food.) Not a single one to be found. I asked a waitress if she could bring myself, along with the crowds of people behind me some clean plates. (One woman actually said ""Maybe this is where you drop off your plates to be cleaned?"" - sadly no, it wasn't.) At this moment, the manager, Mark (whom I actually booked a wedding reception with in the past) came out and said to the waitress ""Forget her I need you to do something else."" Leaving me along with countelss other people in both shock and .. you guessed it.. without clean plates. Mark walked past several times (at one point with an entire crew of wait staff, head titled back laughing it up ignoring the multiple ""excuse me, we need help"" pleas coming from myself as well as other people) while all his customers stood there with no help. After years of recommending this place to all my friends, family, and clients I have never been so disappointed. And it wasn't just the food covered (and chipped) plates, it was the fact that a manager could care so little about his paying and extremely loyal customers.
