Review content:
I work at kaiser permanente up the street from this restaurant. so i ordered a large soup here, and it came in two containers. i gave one of the containers to a doctor i work with, which he thought was a nice gesture. ten minutes later, the doctor comes up to me, asking where i got the soup. before i can even finish, he cuts me off and says, ""never eat there again"" he shows me a piece of latex rubber, either from a glove or con dom, and says that it was in his soup. imagine my embarrassment! Later, after work, i call the restaurant and try to speak to the manager and explain the situation. I ask for a refund, but instead the manager, Raymond, denies my request, stating i need proof, and then he offers me free soup next time i go there. would you want free soup from a place that puts rubber in their soup? If there is a health inspector out there reading this, i recommend that you check this place out. don't get me wrong, i don't want to see people lose their jobs or close a local buisness down, i just want to make sure that this mistake doesn't happen again.
Pros: the food tasted alright
Cons: there was a piece of latex in my soup
