Walery's was once a bustling franchise chain home to Salem and its surrounding areas not so many decades ago. It has now dwindled down to a remote West Salem location while maintaining its familiar brand appeal.
The pizza is similar to that of Papa's or Paddington's in the area with thin crusts, many toppings, and plenty of cheese. Their prices are not terribly expensive like other places mentioned above. Their special deal of $9.99 (10.49 delivery) for a large 1 topping is still among their most popular orders.
The atmosphere is geared toward a younger audience with festive and convivial decorations and a mini arcade. Soda and beer (not for youngsters!) included.
