I lived in a property owned by Paradrome Square for about 4 years. A little background on me, I'm a military brat and moving is in my blood. During my time in Cincinnati about 14 years I've moved 7x if not more. When a friend of mine was apartment shoping we toured the Clermont in E. Walnut Hills, I moved she didn't. The high ceilings, beautiful hardwoods floors, spacious balcony, fireplace, updated kitchen, pocket doors, foyer, closet space, dog friendly, 1300 sq ft apartment historic building was absolutley beautiful. If your looking for cookie cutter bypass The Clermont. The diverse building and great location made this apartment very hard to leave, but since I moved out of state for my job I had to give it up. If I ever move back to the Cincinnati area I would easily, eagerly and if need be without even viewing the place move into a property managed my Paradrome Square.
