I booked a limo Jan 2010 for a 16 passenger Limo for prom to take place in April 2010. I was called a couple of weeks before Prom form Jim Hagmaier stating the the Yellow Hummer was in a wreck and would not be available. He only had a 10 seat left. Since I had 16 kids I could not take this. We search for hours to locate another limo since it was so close to the date. After hours of searching we found one. Jim agreed to mail me my $250 refund check, since he is the one that canceled. He has told me several times he has mailed it, was going to mail it, etc. Finally, after all my calls he is getting very angry and screaming and cursing at me. I have the BBB checking into this. He has even told them he was going to mail the check last month and would send them a copy. This still has not happened. I would suggest that you be very careful of his services. I'm not giving up and ready for court if that is what it takes. It is not so much the money, but the way it was handled and the unprofessionalism of the process. I have to rate in order for this to post. I am selecting the one star, but he does not even deserve that.
