DO NOT USE THIS LIMO COMPANY if you want to get to your destination on time, or safe. BBB gave them an “F” rating! We booked the service for a 4:30pm pickup from Ft. Lauderdale and drop off at the Dolphin’s stadium. After a number of calls, and being LIED to by the service and the driver as to the driver’s location, the limo did not arrive until 6:30pm (2 HOURS LATE). The driver then started driving away as people were still getting into the limo. When we called for pickup from the stadium to get us back to Ft. Lauderdale, the driver was again extremely late and claimed he “could not find us” after being given specific street directions. Finally, after an hour of waiting, we were picked up. After calling requesting money back, the limo company refused, were rude, insulting, and told us if we weren’t happy, we should have cancelled when they were late – and then they would charge us a cancellation fee. They also threatened to charge us MORE! I was SO insulted I promised I'd post a bad review wherever I could - so here is me keeping that promise! If they would have owned-up the mistake, reimbursed us for some of the trip, I would have given them a better review.
